By entering the license number, HUID number, or registration number displayed on the product, users can access essential details such as the manufacturer's name and address, validity of the license or registration, product varieties covered, included brands, current status of the license or registration, purity of jewelry articles, and more.

If you encounter substandard products, witness misuse of these marks, or come across misleading quality claims, you can report such incidents promptly through the app. Utilizing the 'Complaints' feature, users can lodge grievances related to poor quality marked products, misuse of marks, misleading quality claims, or any shortcomings in services. Upon simple user registration or OTP-based login, users can select the type of complaint, provide details preferably supported by evidence via convenient forms within the app and submit. Users will receive a complaint number via mobile and email for tracking purposes.
